この度は、当ホテルをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
皆様が快適にお過ごし頂けますように、以下のご利用案内をお読み下さいます様お願い申し上げます。
1．当ホテルは、ホテル敷地内にお客様専用の駐車場を5台ご用意しております。駐車場をご予約されていないお客様は、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。

2．お部屋の中は土足厳禁です。靴を脱いでご利用ください。

3.外出の際
・必ず鍵をお持ち下さい。鍵のお預かりは行っておりませんのでお客様にて管理をお願いいたします。
・お部屋の鍵はオートロックではございません。外出の際は、しっかり戸締りを行ってください。
・ホテルエントランスは、セキュリティのためオートロックとなっております。暗証番号をご入力いただくか、お部屋の鍵で開錠してください。

4.チェックアウトについて
・チェックアウトは、午前10時までにお願い致します。
※８時より早くお帰りの際は、１階エレベータホールにございますキー回収ボックスへ鍵のご返却をお願いします。

5．連泊でご予約のお客様へ
・２日目以降にタオル・アメニティの追加をご希望の際は２０時までにフロントまでお越しください。
・連泊でご宿泊の場合ご連絡がない限り清掃はございません。清掃をご希望のお客様は前日の１８時までにフロントまでお申し付けください。
※3泊以上で連泊プランご利用のお客様は4泊目以降、3日おきの清掃となります。
（例）

・清掃は１０時～１４時となります。ご希望のお時間をお知らせください。

6．シェアサイクルについて
ホテル入口付近に、シェアサイクル（電動アシスト自転車タイプ）をご用意しておりますので、ぜひご利用ください。料金の詳細は、CYCYの公式サイトをご確認ください。
※ご利用の際は、専用のアプリのダウンロードとアカウント登録が必要となります。

7．喫煙について
客室は、ベランダを含め全室禁煙となります。喫煙の際は、1階フロアに喫煙所を設けておりますので、所定の場所で喫煙をお願いいたします。

To ensure a comfortable stay, please read the following guidelines:

1. Our hotel has 5 parking spaces within the hotel grounds for our guests. Guests who have not reserved a parking space should use the nearby paid parking lots nearby.
2. Shoes are prohibited inside the room. Please remove your shoes upon entering.
3. When going out (rules when leaving)
   • Please ensure to take your keys securely with you, as we do not keep keys. (Please keep them with you all the time)
   • Room keys are not auto-lock. Please lock the door securely upon leaving (going out).
   • The hotel entrance is auto-locked for security reasons. Upon entering, please enter your pin or you can use your room keys to unlock the hotel entrance door.
4. Check-out guidelines

• Please check out on or before 10:00am.
• If you are leaving before 8:00am, please return the key on the first floor Elevator Hall through “Key Collection Box”

5. Guests with consecutive nights booking
   • For additional towels and amenities on the second day onwards、please inform the front desk by 8:00pm upon request.
   • For guests staying consecutive days/nights, room cleaning will be upon the guests request. If you would like to avail the room cleaning, please inform the front desk by 6:00pm the day before the said request.

• For guests staying 3 consecutive nights or more; and for the guests availing the consecutive night plans, the cleaning schedule is provided every 3 days starting on the 4^th night onwards.

6. Bicycle sharing guidelines

Near the entrance of the hotel, there is a bicycle sharing system (electric assisted bicycle type) Please feel free to use it.

7. Smoking guidelines

All of our guest rooms including the balconies are non-smoking area. For our guest who would like to smoke, the only designated area for smoking is located in the first floor so please be guided.

Raymond in Naha(以下「当ホテル」という)では、お客様に安全にかつ快適にご利用いただくため、利用規則を定めておりますので、その遵守にご協力頂けます様お願い申し上げます。遵守いただけない場合は、やむを得ず、ご宿泊又は館内施設のご利用をお断り申し上げ、又場合によっては損害をご負担いただくこともございますので、特にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
1.下記の項目は、ほかのお客様への迷惑となりますのでお持ち込みにならないで下さい。
・動物、鳥類、ペットの類
・悪臭又は騒音を発するもの
・火薬、揮発油その他発火、引火性のもの
・法により所持を許可されていない鉄砲、刀剣、違法薬物の類
2.客室を宿泊以外の目的でご使用にならないで下さい。
3.未成年者の宿泊は特に親権者の許可がない限りお断り申し上げます。
4.ホテル内及び敷地内で広告物の配布や物品の販売をしないで下さい。
5.風紀を乱すような行為、ほかのお客様に迷惑のかかるような行為、違法行為はなさらないで下さい。
6.声高や放歌、またテレビ等の音量を大きくするなどで、他のお客様に迷惑のかかるような行為はなさらないで下さい。
7.館内外の諸施設や備品をほかの場所へ移動したり、加工したりしないで下さい。故意または重過失による汚損、破損、紛失については実費請求を申し受けます。
8.ご滞在中に客室から出られるときは施錠をご確認ください。ご在室中やご就寝時には、ドアの鍵をお掛け下さい。不審者の来訪には不用意に開扉なさらないようにご注意下さい。
9.登録された宿泊者（同伴者を含む）以外のご来訪客を入室させることはお断り申し上げます。
10.全客室は禁煙となっております。館内の決められた場所以外での喫煙はなさらないで下さい。その他火災の原因となるような行為はなさらないで下さい。なお、客室内で喫煙された場合は、寝具・カーテン・壁紙等のクリーニング費用その他補修等にかかる実費を申し受けます。
11.万が一に備え、避難経路及び各階の非常口をご確認下さい。
12.お忘れ物は発見した日から一定期間当ホテルにて保管し、その後は遺失物法に基づいてお取り扱いさせていただきます。なお、お忘れ物の発送にかかる費用につきましては、お客様のご負担とさせていただきます。また、飲食物と判断した物品に関しては衛生上の観点から当日処分をさせて頂きますので、ご注意くださいませ。
13.チェックアウトの延長は行っておりません。チェックアウト時間を経過後、客室へ連絡の上スタッフが入室することがあります。あらかじめご了承ください。
14.ルームキーの紛失については実費請求を申し受けます。

Rules and regulations

Terms of Use

Raymond in Naha (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”) has established rules and regulations for the safety and comfort of our guests, and we are requesting for your cooperation in complying with these terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with these rules, we may be forced to refuse your stay or use of the hotel facilities, and in some cases, we may require you to pay for damages, so please follow thoroughly.

1. The following items are prohibited inside the hotel premises, as they might cause inconvenience to other guests. Below is the list of prohibited items so please do as follow.
   • Animals, birds, and pets
   • Items that emit a foul odor or noise
   • Gunpowder, volatile oil, and other flammable or combustible items
   • Fires, swords, and illegal drugs that are not permitted to be possessed by law

2. Using the guest rooms for any other purposes are not allowed, please be informed that we only accept accommodation purposes.
3. We do not allow minors to stay overnight unless specifically permitted by a parent or guardian.
4. Please do not distribute advertising materials or sell items within the hotel or on the premises.
5. Please refrain from any acts that disrupt public morals, cause a nuisance to other guests, or commit any illegal acts.
6. Please refrain from any acts that can cause inconvenience to other guests, such as talking in a loud voice or singing loudly, and even turning up the television in high volume, etc.
7. Please do not move, or modify any facilities or equipment inside or outside the building. You will be charged the actual cost for any soiling, damage, or loss caused by intentionally or gross negligence.
8. Please ensure that your room is locked securely upon leaving during your stay. Please lock the door while you are staying inside of your room or when you are sleeping. Please be careful in opening the door to suspicious people.
9. We will not allow visitors other than registered guests (including accompanying persons) to enter your room.
10. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms. Please refrain from smoking anywhere other than designated areas in the building. Please refrain from any other acts that may cause a fire. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged for cleaning the bedding, curtains, wallpaper, etc., for the actual cost of repairs.
11. Please be sure to check the evacuation routes and emergency exits on each floor in case of an emergency.
12. Lost items will be kept and stored by the hotel for a certain period of time only from the date of discovery, and will thereafter be handled in accordance with the Lost Property Act. The cost of shipping lost items will be shouldered by the guest. Take into account that for hygienic reasons, any items determined to be food or drink will be disposed on the same day.
13. Check-out time cannot be extended, failure to do so our hotel staff will contact and enter your room after the scheduled check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.

14. In the event of losing the keys the guests will be charged by the actual cost.
